Firm tofu should be stored in the refrigerator (+2° - +6°C) to maintain freshness, typically lasting up to a month unopened.

After opening, firm tofu needs to be kept in water (or be marinated) and refrigerated to prevent spoilage, lasting about 5-7 days. Change the water every two days.

Freezing as an option for longer storage, extending its shelf life up to 3-5 months, though texture will change and give you different result.
