SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY

The minimum order is 1 kg. We make tofu fresh in small batches, so when we confirm your order we agree on a specific delivery day.

In Riga – by courier to your address.
Anywhere in Latvia – to a parcel locker (mainly Omniva; by agreement also DPD or Latvijas Pasts lockers).

The delivery charge is confirmed together with your order. You can order by phone +371 29436686 or by email order@tofu.lv.

COLLECT YOUR PARCEL THE SAME DAY

Tofu must be kept chilled. Collect your parcel from the parcel locker on the same day you receive the delivery notification and refrigerate the tofu straight away (+2…+6 °C). If the parcel is collected later, we cannot be responsible for the quality of the tofu.

RETURNS

Fresh tofu has a short shelf life, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Cabinet Regulation No 255, paragraph 22), and we do not take back tofu that is not damaged.

IF YOUR TOFU IS SPOILED

If the tofu is sour, has a distinctly unpleasant smell or is otherwise spoiled, contact us by phone +371 29436686 or by email order@tofu.lv as soon as you notice it and include a photo. If the parcel was collected on time, we will send you new tofu free of charge. If you do not want new tofu, we will refund the amount paid.
