Fresh, unpasteurised firm tofu made from Latvian-grown soybeans, vacuum-packed. We make it in small batches straight for the people who order it.

How it works
- Order and pay online.
- We pack fresh tofu and send it.
- Within 2 working days your tofu is in your Omniva parcel locker. In Riga city centre I deliver it myself – we will agree on a time by phone.
About the product
Ingredients: water, soybeans, firming agent – calcium sulphate. Allergen: soy. Net quantity: 1 kg or 0.5 kg. Store in the fridge at +2…+6 °C; keeps for 10 days from production (date on the pack). Nutrition per 100 g: energy 136 kcal, fat 8.9 g (of which saturates 1.6 g), carbohydrate <0.2 g, protein 13.4 g, salt 0.01 g, calcium 0.31 g. A paid order can be cancelled as long as it has not been sent yet – write to order@tofu.lv or call us, and we will refund the full amount. The tofu is fresh and unpasteurised, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
